  • Profile:

    The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the release life cycle of the projects developed by his/her assigned team, coordinates release deliverables across internal and external teams. He / She will be working closely with internal and external engineering teams.

    Main Responsibilities:

    In order to bring projects to successful release, the Technical Project Manager will:

    • Engage with engineering teams to plan their release scope in the context of the release plan
    • Contribute to the continuous release planning process and deliverables and ensure adherence to guidelines and checklists
    • Identify, communicate, and track risks to on-time and on-quality delivery
    • Unblock teams when they encounter impediments
    • Drive continuous improvement and change management around agile methodology
    • Develop and maintain productive relationships with all internal stakeholders
    • Works with assigned Development Manager(s) on task assignments, and engineering escalations, project planning and prioritization

    Required Skills:

  • Profile:

    We are seeking for an experienced Data Architect to join our architecture team. The central responsibility will be to develop, optimize and oversee our product’s conceptual and logical data systems. The duties include, preparing architectural artifacts, reviewing data related designs, defining and maintaining data loading and migration patterns.

    The candidate needs to have proven experience in data analysis and management with problem solving abilities.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Responsible to design effective data solutions and models for MRHT products
    • Assess designs and implementations to ensure that the comply with internal and external regulations
    • Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop and achieve the long-term objectives of data architecture
    • Prepare data roadmap
    • Oversee frameworks and processes to manage data across the organization
    • Design and provide support to data management methodologies according to the internal and external standards
    • Identify appropriate tools and solutions to achieve the data technology goals.
    • Coordinate with project manages in all projects regarding enterprise data.
    • Manage various data associate problems such as system configuration and integration on multiple platforms.
    • Prepare and maintain data architecture artifacts
    • Collaborate with new and existing external vendors and provide support to all objectives and assist to create various data architecture.

    Required Skills:

    • 10+ years of related experience
    • 5+ years of experience in a data architecture role
    • Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Data Science

    Candidates will be located and work in Dubai.

  • Profile:

    We are seeking an Atlassian/Jira Administrator who will work within the IT Operations department of MR HealthTech (MRHT) to manage the developed functionality and deliver solutions to fulfill business requirements, across the governance, delivery, software development and operations functions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Administration of Jira projects and Confluence spaces
    • Gather business requirements, implement solutions and determine ways to optimize/improve Jira/Confluence setup and workflows, as well as match functionality with user requests.
    • Quickly respond and troubleshoot any issues with the use of the Atlassian suite.
    • Recommend Jira project and Confluence space configuration solutions designed to scale effectively, including forms and reporting design, user roles and permissions schemes, high-level data modeling.
    • Provide user management and support, manage system access across groups to ensure compliance, and maintain best practices
    • Plan and coordinate feature improvements and upgrades for all Atlassian services.
    • Document all implementation processes and procedures as well as ‘how-to’ documentation for the business.
    • Develop solutions documentation and training for Atlassian users so that they can maintain their own projects and spaces.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
    • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Jira Software Server, Service Desk and Confluence Server

    We are seeking an IT System & Network Administrator who will work within the IT infrastructure team of MR HealthTech (MRHT) to configure, maintain and support MRHT’s internal servers and services as well as network services.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Red Hat / Oracle Enterprise Linux operating system setup, support, maintenance and troubleshooting
    • Virtualization solutions (VMWare ESXi and Oracle VM Server) deployment and management
    • Deployment and administration of tools for IT infrastructure monitoring, performance and capacity management
    • Linux and network automation solutions design and implementation
    • Design and deployment of high-availability solutions for systems and applications
    • Updating software with the latest security patches, monitoring network traffic for suspicious behavior and implementing defenses.
    • Firewall deployment, management and policy implementation
    • Responding to security incidents, analysis of security events and investigation of known/unknown threats
    • Providing support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. Documenting, tracking and monitoring issues to ensure timely resolutions within MRHT’s request and incident tracking system

    • Develops proposal by collecting information including project nature, objectives, scope, implementation methodology, schedule, staffing, budget, project risks, inclusions & exclusions etc.
    • Liaising with Sales, Product Specialists, Legal, Compliance and other relevant departments to collate required information and develop client centric proposals, consisting of business and technology solution.

    Required Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in successful solution presales for delivery IT Software projects
    • More than 3 years experience working on proposals for IT Software or consulting services for global customers.
    • Experience in enterprise software industry
    • Knowledge of competing and winning against solutions and technologies from competitors
    • Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Business related field (MBA preferred)
    • Excellent Verbal & Written English communication skills, proof – reading, and organizational skills. Spanish will be considered an asset.
