Bilal has been with the company since 1996 and was appointed Chief Delivery Officer of MR HealthTech Ltd. in 2015. He leads the Solutions Delivery division ensuring the successful and satisfactory implementation of MRHT’s solutions, including consulting services and IT implementation projects. He has been involved in all stages of the development of MR HealthTech Ltd. and has significant experience connected to the health insurance business, related IT solutions as well as the complete suite of business intelligence technologies. Bilal holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut, and an MBA from University of Laverne, California.
